I am Dr. Zanita Hendrix, President and Owner of Beyond Creation. I have a strong belief that meaningful change in life can happen when a commitment to change is acted upon. My goal is to create a warm, caring, non-judgmental, motivating and supporting environment for us to focus on the best path for you and your dreams.
Working in the legal field as a Court Reporter and Paralegal for thirteen (13) years gave me a different outlook on life and my personal goals. Through my work experience in the District Attorney’s Office, exposure, and interaction with numerous people committing crimes due to alcohol and substance abuse, I adhered to my calling to further my education in counseling so I could assist those in need of counseling and life management services. I realize that I have a calling to help those seeking their purpose and I am very passionate and sincere about this calling.
I received an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Gainesville State College. I am a graduate of Brown College of Court Reporting in Atlanta, Georgia. I am a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies. In addition, I received a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice – Public Administration and a second Master of Arts Degree in Human Services Counseling with a specialization in Addiction and Recovery from Liberty University as well. I then received a Doctoral Degree in Community Care and Counseling from Liberty University. I obtained certification as a Life Coach (CLC) at the Georgia Certified Life Coaching Academy in Atlanta, Georgia. I am a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist (CART), a Certified Domestic Violence Specialist (CDVS), a Certified Parenting Instructor (CPI), and a Certified Dependency Evaluator (CDE).
